- Universe Ransack is a redeco of Classics Terrorsaur, transforming into a robotic Tyrannosaurus rex. He has a "Powerlinx" socket on each of his beast-mode flanks that allow him to attach to larger toys with compatible Powerlinx plugs.
- He was only available as part of a Mini-Con ten-pack with Windrazor, Stockade, Overcharge, Sky Shadow, Scavenger, Longview, Snow Cat, Treadshot, and Crosshairs. This set was only available at certain retailers, notably Kmart and Meijer in the U.S., and Tesco in the UK.
