- Icepick is a Decepticon Commander from Power Core Combiners.
Icepick has no respect for his elders—or, in fact, for anyone less technologically-advanced than himself and his fellow combiners. He believes they're fit for the scrap heap, and he's only too happy to send them there himself; outmoded Autobots and Decepticons alike had best steer clear of this frigid fanatic.
