Or, in fact, for anyone less technologically-advanced than himself and his fellow [[combiner]]s.  He believes they're fit for the scrap heap, and he's only too happy to send them there himself; outmoded [[Autobot]]s and Decepticons alike had best steer clear of this frigid fanatic.

* It's conceivable that Icepick and Chainclaw's names were originally intended to be swapped around. While "Icepick" works about as well for either robot, the Commander ''is'' the one with "chains" (his treads) and claws.

This article is about the Power Core Combiners character. For the Pretender Monster from Generation 1, see Icepick (G1).
Icepick is a Decepticon Commander from Power Core Combiners.

Icepick has no respect for his elders. Or, in fact, for anyone less technologically-advanced than himself and his fellow combiners. He believes they're fit for the scrap heap, and he's only too happy to send them there himself; outmoded Autobots and Decepticons alike had best steer clear of this frigid fanatic.

Power Core Combiners

  • Icepick with Chainclaw (Commander Class, 2010)
Part of the second wave of Power Core Combiners, Icepick transforms into a treaded snow-plow vehicle of probably-made-up model. Unlike most Power Core Combiners Commander figures, Icepick does not have 5mm post holes in or near his hands to allow him to wield his Mini-Con partner in a gun- or melee-weapon-like manner. He has some sweet claws, though. A flip-up Powerlinx socket on his chest allows him to use Mini-Cons as armor. He also has a secondary "power up" mode, in which he forms a super robot torso; in this configuration he can use the drone-limbs from any 5-pack set to make a new super-robot.
He was sold in a set with his Mini-Con partner Chainclaw.

Notes

  • It's conceivable that Icepick and Chainclaw's names were originally intended to be swapped around. While "Icepick" works about as well for either robot, the Commander is the one with "chains" (his treads) and claws.
