Robert Fredrick Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is a formerly bemulleted American voice actor. Among many, many, many roles in his extensive career, Paulsen had been the voice of Yakko from Animaniacs, Pinky from Pinky & the Brain, Gray Fox in Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes, Tripwire and Snow Job from G.I. Joe, Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and PJ from Goof Troop. He currently hosts a podcast called "Talkin' Toons with Rob Paulsen" in which he interviews various voice actors based in Los Angeles, many of whom have provided voices for past Transformers series.
He can tell you every country on the planet Earth (circa 1995) and do it in under 2 minutes.
