Scavenger is a Decepticon-allied Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family (via the 2008 Universe line).

Scavenger is a member of the Ground Surveillance Team.

Scavenger is a redeco of Classics Overbite, transforming into a robotic wolf.

He was only available as part of a Mini-Con 10-pack with Windrazor, Ransack, Stockade, Overcharge, Sky Shadow, Longview, Snow Cat, Treadshot, and Crosshairs. This set was only available at certain retailers, notably Kmart and Meijer in the US and Tesco in the UK.

This mold was also used to make Gredator and Shattered Glass Razorclaw.

Being a grey wolf with green eyes and blue robot parts suggests that Scavenger's deco was inspired by the Beast Wars Maximal Wolfang.
