"Alas, my ship... whom I love like a woman, is... disabled."

The Enterprise was diverted to the planet Cygnus Seven in response to a distress call from the planet's inhabitants, with sensor interference aboard the ship necessitating a ground-based reconnaissance mission. In the ensuing battle, Soundwave's sonic weapons accidentally un-jammed communications to and from the ship, allowing Kirk the chance to contact Arex and order him to fire a photon torpedo at the Decepticons. Prime's Directive, Part One Once the away team learnt that the "robots" were sentient lifeforms, Arex ordered the Enterprise after the Decepticons in hopes of negotiation. When they arrived at Trypticon's resting point however, the Enterprise was crippled by the Decepticon Titan. Prime's Directive, Part Two

When Kirk mentally merged with Fortress Maximus, the Titan extracted the blueprints to the Enterprise from the human's brain and used them to reconfigure his alternate mode into a copy of the vessel. Prime's Directive, Part Three

Left adrift, the Enterprise sat out the battle on Cygnus Seven before "Fortress Tiberius" arrived with the missing away team and the Autobots who were transported aboard to quickly repair the Enterprise. Prime's Directive, Part Four Once it was repaired, the Enterprise followed Fortress Tiberius to Kronos, using its replicators to create the "Crewbots". When the Decepticons had been defeated, the Enterprise set course back for Earth while the Autobots went elsewhere in the universe. Prime's Directive, Part Five
