The Seacons gather the Primus Vanguard's Matrices while the leader of one Order proposes an alliance with Megatron.
Synopsis
The Seacons continue their attacks on the various planets of the Primus Vanguard's colored Orders. At the Red Planet, Red Sentinel Prime attempts to fell Terrormander with his Red Matrix-powered Matrix Buster, but it's of no use. Scylla makes landing at the Yellow Planet, where she introduces herself to the other girls and uses her Angolmois Kiss of Death to take the [[Matrix Gauntlet |Yellow Matrix]] from Yellow Splendid Convoy. The Black Planet is defended by Deadlock, who has been studying under Black Go Prime to become a Swordbot. Black recognizes his foe, Coelagon, from his time in the Seacon's world. Coelagon explains that he's here for the Black Matrix, also known as the time-controlling Black Legendisc.
There aren't enough Seacons to go around, though, and the Purple Planet stays uninvaded. They still have visitors in the form of the Straxuses and Ultra Megatron Omega, so Purple Wicked Convoy proposes that they combine the power of the Purple, Blue, and Silver Matrices to defeat all of their enemies and take over the universe.
On the Blue Planet, Primus is alerted to the Seacons' attacks on the Warriors of Lights. A Beast Person explains to a confused Star Convoy that all of the Warriors are robots who defend life throughout the universe as part of the Primus Vanguard. The Beast introduces herself as Lune and also amusingly explains that "Convoy" means the same thing as "Commander" here. Star Convoy recognizes one of the Seacons as Halfshell, and Primus explains that he's been changed by the god-rivaling power of Angolmois Energy, which can allow one to change their or others' form and even resurrect the dead. This revelation is cue for Primacron to barge in and berate Primus for using his creation, bringing it from the future and having it proliferate in this universe. Primacron wants to know just what Primus, or, rather, the Oracle is planning...
There's not much time to talk, as the Seacons arrive with all of the different Matrices and combine into the mighty God Neptune! With the divine Star Power, God Neptune seeks to make a new Creation according to another's wishes...

Notes
- Much like Blue Big Convoy's name being explained as a stylised reading of "Grand Commander",[1] Red Sentinel Prime and Black Go Prime receive similar kanji names. Sentinel's is "Strongest Marshal" (最強なる元帥 Saikyōnaru Gensui), and Go Prime's is "Wise Marshal" (聡明なる元帥 Sōmeinaru Gensui).
- The Orders continue to have themes beyond their colors: Red features translucent red redecoes, and Black members are black redecoes, mostly Nemesis Primes.
- "Yellow" is indicated to be a female version of Robots in Disguise/Car Robots Optimus Prime/Fire Convoy, likely inspired by an incarnation based on the Universe Spy Changer toy that was established by Ask Vector Prime to be female.
- The Matrices continue to be based on toy accessories. The Yellow Matrix is Power of the Primes Predaking's Onyx Matrix (with Golden Lagoon Starscream's Power of the Primes-style combiner hand as an alternate mount for Onyx Prime), the Black Matrix or Black Legendisc is Fall of Cybertron Ravage in Data Disc form, and the Red Matrix is the foldable Energon Matrix included with Big Convoy (Matrix Buster Ver.) (the Matrix Buster is also included with said toy).
- Purple Wicked Convoy and Cyberverse Shockwave's scene contains a number of references to the main antagonists Akane Shinjō and Alexis Kerib from SSSS.Gridman. The 2018 anime series became well-known among Transformers fans for its myriad of references to the franchise, with the character of Akane being designed after Shattered Glass Optimus Prime. Here, Wicked Convoy is shown to own a collection of monster Pretender models and is conversing with Shockwave via a computer screen. In Gridman, Alexis is an alien living inside of Akane's computer who brings the model monsters she sculpts to life. Furthermore, Tetsu Inada voices both Alexis and Shockwave. Unrelated to Gridman, Wicked Convoy can be seen holding the purple variant of the Gari Robo-kun cross promotional figure.

- ↑ Japanese tradition allows for customised pronunciations to be assigned to written kanji, e.g. the name formatting of the Death Note character Light Yagami.
