Henry Djanik
From MediaWiki

Henry Djanik, born Arthur Djanikian (March 21, 1926 - August 18, 2008) was a French actor specialized in dubbing.
He was the official regular French voice of Mr. T, Anthony Quinn and Telly Savalas.
He performed several other roles in dubbed cartoons, movies and TV series, such as Leader-1 in GoBots, Eeyore and Owl in Winnie the Pooh, Panthro, Jackalman and Jaga in Thundercats, Steve McQueen in The Magnificent Seven and The Great Escape.
His voices for Mr. T and Megatron sound extremely close. French dub Megatron got a shade awesomer as a result.
