Character list

I'm tempted to say that we shouldn't include Bumblebee on the list just yet because we don't know 100% that the yellow robot on the Hub logo is Bumblebee, but I seriously doubt that anybody would toy around (no pun intended) with the general looks of a popular Transformers character (though that would be an awesome twist). - Zadok Rox 15:29, 31 March 2010 (EDT)
Titling

Can we get this article locked if it hasn't been already?
I expect a number of (mostly anonymous) editors may attempt to follow a relatively new TFW2005.com staffer's lead and paste in an unverified, uncited cast list from Wikipedia into this article. Thanks. --FFN 14:12, 7 May 2010 (EDT)
- I personally disagree with locking this article. The show should be debuting within the next six months or so, therefore I imagine Hasbro will give us some tidbits of information (not to mention actors' websites, like Jeffrey Combs). Continuity
Might just be me, but shouldn't we place this under "War For Cybertron" continuity or something? Apparantly, it follows the game (or at least the prequel comic, according to the page itself.

New continuity family!
Hey, remember when I said WFC/Prime is probably Primax? Well, I lied! After BotCon's flurry of information I think it's going to have to be its own thing. Not only because, well, it deserves to be, but because it will make our lives a lot easier and our pages a lot clearer. Back when the movie came out, we also considered making THAT G1, but declined when we realized the sheer amount of material and focus would make it impractical. The same here. Also, comments from Aaron Archer put the new continuity in perspective.
He ALSO doesn't like calling it "Prime," since that's not what he wants to call it, but it's all we got at the moment. He doesn't have a name for this new continuity (family), but is trying to think of one eventually. So, uh, in the meantime, I think we're stuck with calling it "Prime." Dem's the breaks until we get a time machine and can ask 2012 Aaron Archer or whatever. --ItsWalky 11:01, 29 June 2010 (EDT)

While Archer may not like calling it "Prime," that would seem to be the parenthetical if we follow the same protocol we did for the Unicron Trilogy. Franchise of origin and all. - I tend to think (Prime) is the best suffix we'll get, since we normally use franchise and Prime seems like the most likely candidate to be the franchise name. - According to the TFormers.com BotCon report, Aaron Archer said Hasbro wasn't planning on doing TF:Prime toys. And, for that matter, we know there are WFC toys, so at the moment WFC actually looks more franchisey. - Aaron's wording was poorly-chosen. He really did say something like "right now there isn't a toyline," and of course he could only have meant it as a figure of speech to cover what he was willing to talk about during that 20 minutes and not that there actually isn't a toyline. It's impossible that there wouldn't be a toyline. You don't make a CGI toy commercial without them. --Thy, not logged in.

- Has anybody tried to mock up a Prime (franchise) page that could explain how the Prime TV show, WFC videogame and Exodus novel are related and give a comparison/contrast to other franchises?
