The Beast Wars II: Super Lifeform Transformers (ビーストウォーズII 超生命体トランスフォーマー Beast Wars II: Chō Seimeitai Transformer) manga ran in the pages of Comic Bom Bom from June 1998 to February 1999 reaching a total of nine issues. The series was both written and drawn by Shōji Imaki. The manga follows its own continuity, separate from the Beast Wars II cartoon. All nine issues were collected in two volumes.

Other manga

An additional 16-page manga story, "The Maximal Brainwashing Operation", was printed as a bonus in the pages of Beast Wars II Strongest Playing Book. Having not been written or drawn by Imaki, and having an art style altogether different from his, it does not take place in the continuity of the Comic Bom Bom series.
