The Autobots and Decepticons encounter the Quintessons.
Synopsis
Alpha Trion (WFC) opens the book, giving a rundown of the situation on Cybertron. He expresses his concern over Shockwave (WFC)'s rule, and his fear that the Wreckers are merely pawns in his larger scheme.
Meanwhile, the ''Nemesis''(EFC) has come out of hyperspace, with Starscream (WFC) and Soundwave (WFC standing on the bridge.

- —Shockwave welcomes a strapped down Alpha Trion to his tower.
Rodimus: "I have a question."

Rodimus: "Aw, where's the fun in that?"

- —Rodimus and Kup talk about old ruins and old age.
"Glad you guys are okay. Want to give control back to Teletraan-I?"

- —Perceptor asks if Rodimus is ready for someone else to pilot the ship, which he's not.
Notes
- Rodimus' weapon of choice is the same as his Animated counterpart.
- Similar to how Kranix was fed to the Sharkticons in the 1986 film; Brawn, Ramjet, Blaster, Hotlink, and Thundercracker are fed to Piranhacons.
- The Autobot that died with Thundercracker is unknown.
- When Megatron places the Matrix replica into his chest, his new body is clearly based off the Beast Hunters Voyager Sharkticon Megatron figure.
Errors
- On page 19 a Seeker named Debris says he's picking up energy readings. This is clearly a typo for Dirge as Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Thrust, Dirge, and Ramjet are the only ones sent out.
- On page 206, Sunstreaker states that Bluestreak, Trailcutter, Mirage, and he could retrieve Optimus Prime using a combat shuttle, but Chapter 7: The Golden Age in The Covenant of Primus shows that Bluestreak was left on Archon when the Space Bridges were shutdown due to the Rust Plague.
