Hal A. Peno is a member of the Fantastic Fuelers from BotBots.
If they really wanted to be clever with multipuns, they'd have called him "Hal H. Peno."

Hal A. Peno knows that the secret to powering through a full convention schedule is to keep taking in the calories. So he does. Or at least tries to. Sometimes it seems like half the stuff he stuffs into his mouth ends up sprayed across the immediate area in spittle-soaked chunks as he talks with his mouth full, like, all the time.

Hal A. Peno is a redeco of Treat Elite, transforming into a bag of spicy jalapeño-flavored chips.
He was only available in the San Diego Comic-Con 2019 exclusive "Con Crew" 10-pack, which was also available about a month after the show through Hasbro Pulse. This set includes his fellow Fantastic Fuelers Carb O'Nate, Coffeemus Prime, and Sumthin' Fishy, as well as the Line League (Captain Cartridge, Con-Packtor, Vigitente) and Meet N' Greets (Botarazzi, Inky Inkerson, Scribzilla).
This mold was also used to make Miss Mixed and would have been used to make Saul Natural, but that released was cancelled.
