G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers

[edit]

When Cobra revealed themselves to the world by attacking a peace summit in Washington, D.C., a couple of Wolverines were sent in to fight back, with Cover Girl piloting one of them. She offered Snake-Eyes a ride on the vehicle and concentrated her attacks on the Cobra-controlled Optimus Prime, but Starscream got in the way and prevented the Wolverine from safely firing its missiles. The Decepticon then destroyed the vehicle, and while its occupants survived, the explosion scarred Snake-Eyes for life. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #1

Later, Cover Girl used a Wolverine to defend the SPS Research Facility from another Cobra attack. She ended up mistaking Bumblebee for an enemy and fired a missile at him, but he managed to grab the projectile in mid-air and deflect it. G.I.
