Steven Jay Blum[1] (born in Santa Monica, California, on April 29, 1960) is an American voice actor. Some of his best known roles include TOM of Toonami fame, Wolverine in nearly all Marvel and X-Men media since the mid-2000s, Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop, Zeb Orrelios in Star Wars Rebels, Orochimaru from Naruto, and a crapload of Digimon characters.
