The Transformers: The Movie 35th Anniversary Stop Motions

The Transformers: The Movie 35th Anniversary Stop Motions is a series of stop motion shorts created to celebrate the 35th anniversary of The Transformers: The Movie. The series was written by Flint Dille and Joe Troutman and animated by Counter656. The majority of shorts focus on comedic behind the scenes events from the movie, treating the characters as actors playing roles within it.

Notes

• Of the six shorts created, three were shown in theaters before the 35th anniversary screening of the movie. A fourth short showing a version of Unicron's origin premiered to Hasbro Pulse premium members during the Pulse Premium 1027 event. The fifth and sixth short were released on the Hasbro Pulse YouTube channel.
• The series primarily utilizes toys from the Studio Series toyline for each of the characters, with the exception of Galvatron, Optimus Prime, Prowl, the Quintesson Judge, Starscream, and Unicron, all of whom use toys from the concurrent War for Cybertron Trilogy sublines.
