When the Transformers caused their first ruckus upon waking up in 1984, Nicholas hoped it wasn't "that big green, fire-snortin' lizard" again. Prisoner of War!

It doesn't appear that the two ever actually looked into what was going on in Oregon at all. Or if they did, they sure didn't do anything about it.

Transformers Animated: The AllSpark Almanac II featured a crossword clue "Big green, fire-snortin' lizard that menaces Col Fury", filling out the rest of Nicholas's name and rank. The answer to the clue was "Godzilla".
Col. Fury has been voiced by a few Transformers voice actors, including Jack Angel, Jim Byrnes, Keith David, Dave Fennoy, David Kaye, Kevin Michael Richardson, Khary Payton, Phil LaMarr , Sean Chiplock, Dave Boat, Charles Parnell and John Eric Bentley.
