Two European accents in one picture!

The Baroness Anastasia de Cobray is Cobra's chief intelligence officer. She is a master of disguise, has a romantic relationship with Destro, and usually tries to off the Cobra Commander, although sometimes she gets to be Cobra Commander.

G.I. Joe and the Transformers

[edit]

On Cobra Island, the Baroness watched while Cobra Commander berated Zartan for allowing his Dreadnoks to reveal Cobra's interest in Power Station Alpha. Blood on the Tracks Later, she flirted with new Cobra leader Serpentor over some quail (much to the disgust of Destro), and watched as Doctor Mindbender seized control of Power Station Alpha. Power Struggle After Serpentor and Shockwave struck a Cobra-Decepticon alliance, the Baroness departed the island in a Rattler and met with secret Cobra conspirator Senator Barbara Larkin in Washington, D.C. for a nice cup of tea. Larkin was unhappy about her involvement in the Power Station Alpha affair, but the Baroness curtly dismissed her concerns. Ashes, Ashes... Back at Cobra Island, she saved Mindbender from their treacherous "ally" Bombshell and went to Seattle where Cobra and G.I. Joe had entered into an alliance to stop Power Station Alpha, which was now under Decepticon control. The Baroness grudgingly teamed with Scarlett and Goldbug to plant explosives on the power station, to be detonated if and only if the Decepticon control of the station could not be overrode... but the Baroness blew it up anyway. Later, she had Senator Larkin shot. Man. ...All Fall Down!

Much, much later, Destro and the Baroness decided to defect against Cobra Commander's rule and hid out in the Silent Castle. They managed to get a G.I. Joe team to retrieve them from Cobra's clutches while using the castle's transformation to distract their enemies. Unfoldings! Shortly thereafter, they were reunited with Zartan at Cobra Island and, with Hawk, deduced that Cobra Commander was planning to resurrect Doctor Mindbender. Realignments With the help of Zartan, they retook control of Destro's castle while Cobra Commander was busy attending to his deal with Megatron in Canada and Milleville. Goin' South

G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers

[edit]
"You went to college? Penn State?"
"No, state pen."

After learning from Destro about a crashed spaceship, the Baroness and Cobra Commander dug up the vessel and found it filled with deactivated robots. Cobra reprogrammed the giants to serve them, and the Baroness participated in Cobra's attack on Washington, D.C. by manning Hiss-14's turrets. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #1 She later greeted Destro when he arrived at Cobra Island, and warned Doctor Mindbender and Major Bludd against making fun of his mask. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #2 When Cobra lost control of the Transformers, the Baroness grabbed a S.N.A.K.E. suit and used it to save Destro from Rumble. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #4 The S.N.A.K.E. squad was later beaten up by a group of Autobots, but the Baroness apparently got away. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers #5

One of the rare occasions where she doesn't end a sentence in "darlink".

Two years later, the Baroness was transported to Cybertron while overseeing a Cobra project in Boston. As the malfunctioning supercomputer Teletran 3 had accidentally placed Earth in great danger, Cobra called a temporary truce with the G.I. Joe troops that had also ended up on planet. In order to save Earth, the Baroness teamed up with Beachhead, Roadblock and a single Cobra Viper named Percy, and traveled back in time to look for missing Transformers. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #1 The team ended up in 1930's Chicago, where the Baroness refused to use commando tactics like crawling around on filthy rooftops, instead suggesting that they blend in and do things stealthily. The others ignored her advice until they found themselves having to infiltrate a nightclub, at which point the Baroness seduced and drugged the local mafia boss. Eventually, they managed to locate all the time-lost Cybertronians and returned to the present. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #2 After some additional trouble with Shockwave, the crisis was averted and the Baroness returned to Earth. G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers II #4

The Baroness later found Zartan spying on Cobra Commander while he remote-operated his plot to control the Matrix. She said she could have Zartan killed for it, but since she was also curious as to what the commander was up to, she didn't really mind. Cobra Commander was aware of his underlings' eavesdropping, but didn't seem to care. The Art of War #4

According to G.I. Joe's list of criminals, the Baroness hadn't been captured. Black Horizon Part 1

Transformers/G.I. Joe

[edit]

The Baroness was among Cobra's higher-ups as they used the Decepticons to conquer Europe in 1939. The Line When Megatron attempted to rebel against them, she speculated out loud that Transformers' eyes might be a flashing, red weakness. This amused Megatron, who declared that she would have made a fine Decepticon, were she not tragically human. Trial by Fire The Baroness and Doctor Mindbender later tortured Flint using decades-old tools. Trenches

As G.I. Joe and the Autobots' combined army approached the Cobra Terrordrome, the Baroness and her secret lover, Destro, came together to overthrow Cobra Commander. As Destro betrayed his other ally, Starscream, the Baroness helped out by shooting the Decepticon in a weak spot, defeating him. She and Destro then unleashed Bruticus, which led to Cobra Commander being trapped in a rockslide. The Baroness was nice enough to end his suffering using Megatron's gun mode, and then planned to end things by betraying the only person left: Destro. Unfortunately for her, she was soon arrested by Scarlett, who promised her and her "lover" that they would be tried for crimes against humanity. The Iron Fist

Somehow managing to avoid capture after the fall of Cobra, Baroness managed to stay out of trouble for several years until she was finally caught in Monaco, arrested on reckless driving charges. After this, she was taken in by the newly reformed and international G.I. Joe and secretly held prisoner without trial aboard their new underwater base Lemuria. G.I. Joe vol. 5 #5 After discovering an anarchist group in Greece organizing under the banner of Cobra, Scarlett attempted to interrogate Baroness about whether or not Cobra had begun reforming but she refused to give up any information, only complaining about the quality of the food and the fact that she was being illegally held prisoner. G.I. Joe vol. 5 #2 Though she was the only one who knew that Baroness was aboard the Lemuria, Scarlett saw fit to share this information with her second-in-command Roadblock, who was slightly disturbed by them holding someone prisoner without trial. Because of this, Roadblock would leak Baroness's location to the now ex-Joe Duke, G.I. Joe vol. 5 #5 who would soon arrive to free her and her fellow prisoner Crystal Ball so that they could be tried for their crimes. As she was escorted out, Baroness taunted Scarlett by promising that they'd see each other again soon. G.I. Joe vol. 5 #7

While en route to their trial in The Hague, Baroness seemed completely unconcerned about her situation, teasing Duke about his fall from grace before a mob of Cobranarchists suddenly descended upon the armored car, aiming to free Baroness and Crystal Ball from captivity! G.I. Joe vol. 5 #8 Once they were let out by the Dreadnoks, Baroness ordered Crystal Ball to make himself useful before strongly chastising the Dreadnoks for their sloppy tactics, causing the bikers to shape up long enough for them to capture Duke. Before she got a chance to kill him though, a G.I. Joe team led by Scarlett arrived and shot the gun out of her hand. Ordering the Dreadnoks to kill them, Baroness and Crystal Ball slipped away in the chaos of the ensuing firefight and made their way to a serpentine temple where the Cobranarchists had been congregating. Addressing them and promising a new world order, Baroness took the stage alongside Crystal Ball, Destro, Doctor Mindbender, and a Dire Wraith sorcerer before donning a hood and declaring herself the new Cobra Commander! G.I. Joe vol. 5 #9

With Miles Mayhem away on Cybertron with the rest of the Iron Ring, Cobra Commander took the remaining members of V.E.N.O.M. under her organization's wing, earning their loyalty by having Scrap-Iron rebuild their destroyed vehicles. She then sent the three of them to back up Firefly as he broke into the [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Hermitage Museum|{{#if:||Hermitage Museum}}]] in St. Petersburg to steal a certain antediluvian artifact that was on display there, his louder than expected methods earning him his Commander's ire. Ordering Firefly to make a much more subtle entrance this time, Cobra Commander next directed him and V.E.N.O.M. to the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art for another heist. G.I. Joe: First Strike Though the V.E.N.O.M. agents were defeated and captured, Firefly was still able to accomplish his mission with help from Storm Shadow and his ninja. Now that Crystal Ball had the necessary artifacts, Cobra Commander demanded an update from Cesspool to see how their efforts to melt the polar ice caps was going before strongly correcting Destro when he referred to her by her old title. M.A.S.K.: First Strike

As Crystal Ball and the Dire Wraiths opened a portal to Cobra-La, Cobra Commander ordered the Wraiths to force several unwilling Cobranarchists inside, making them reemerge as Vipers. With the portal remaining stable, Cobra Commander turned on the Wraiths and allowed her new soldiers to feast upon them. Ignoring Destro's horrified reaction to both her betrayal and the anarchists' transformation, she ordered Crystal Ball to round up the rest of the Cobranarchists and force them into the portal as well. Scarlett's Strike Force #1 After chastising Destro for almost interrupting a crucial ritual that Crystal Ball was performing, she heard his report that G.I. Joe had found them. She then ordered Destro to send Croc Master and Raptor to take care of them. Scarlett's Strike Force #2 After Storm Shadow and Tempest returned from slowing down Quick Kick and, thus, the rest of the Joes, Cobra Commander heard their report and, after again criticizing Destro, asked Crystal Ball if the time was right for the "Ascension". After Spitfire unknowingly kicked this Ascension off by gunning several Vipers down, causing their blood to consecrate the alter they were gathered around, Cobra Commander and her closest followers gathered atop a mysterious rock that then shot up into the sky as she dramatically declared this marked the beginning of her empire's rise and the birth of Cobra's god. "We have tried everything. Dynamite, scorpions, dynamite tied to scorpions..."

When the Joes stormed Cobra's newest hideout, the Baroness and Cobra Commander attempted to slip away as they had done so many times in the past. Scarlett and Duke happened upon them as they boarded their Rattler though, and soon the terrorists were being pursued by a whole squad of Joes through the air. The situation became even more complicated when the Cybertronians Bumblebee and Starscream joined the fight. Then, Scarlett managed to hit the terrorists' plane with a Creeper arrow, shattering the plane's cockpit window, and temporarily blinding the Baroness. The Rattler was then blown out of the sky, seemingly killing her. The Golden Boys

Though scarred, the Baroness survived with her full faculties intact. Cobra Commander, apparently, wasn't as lucky; the once great leader had been left in a vegetative state. The Baroness renamed herself the Serpentress, and took control of the splintered and rudderless Cobra Empire. After garnering enough manpower, she and her troops scooped up the Cybertronians Rumble and Laserbeak following a clash the pair had with the Joes. She offered the Decepticons sanctuary on Earth, and welcomed them into the ranks of her terrorist organization. I Saw Three Ships

Later, the Serpentress led her troops in an attack on the USS Flagg, believing she was interrupting a funeral held for General Hawk. In truth the whole scene was a set-up, meant to draw Cobra into the open. The Joes had not foreseen Cobra's alliance with the Decepticons however, and the Serpentress led a devastating offensive while riding atop of Laserbeak. Despite the added strength of its Cybertronian members, Decepticobra was forced to retreat, and regrouped at the island base of Decepticobropolis. Funeral for a Friend It was there that the Serpentress and Destro decided to shoot Cobra Commander dead as he lay in his coma. This would assure he would never awaken to wrest away the Serpentress's control over his empire. As they unmasked him, they found that they didn't have under their care the true Cobra Commander, but one of his body doubles! Everybody Hates Metroplex Despite this setback, The Serpentress and Destro forged ahead with their plan of a hostile take-over of the Earth. Accompanied by Shockwave and Starscream, she burst into the United Nations building to intimidate the world's leaders. Her address was interrupted when a brawl between Optimus Prime and the Joes broke out nearby. Infuriated, the Serpentress joined the battle atop of Laserbeak, and berated Hawk for "stealing her thunder." The fight became even more chaotic as other players became involved, including hordes of cobra-men and GIJONIN ninjas. It ultimately dissipated once Optimus took off, with each faction going their own way. Expelled from the Garden

After Billy joined up with Cobra, he approached the Serpentress in the hopes she could arrange a meeting between him and his father, Cobra Commander. The Serpentress instead sent him after his father's "assassin," Snake-Eyes. This ultimately led to Billy's dismemberment. FCBD Funnies

Energon Universe

[edit]

Having grown bored of coming from a wealthy family and being enrolled in expensive private schools, Anastasia Cisarovna started to work for the Eastern European Intelligence Agency, where she was trained in many skills such as piloting, stealth, and assassination. Over the time, Anastasia struck out on her own, leading to her to becoming a full-on terrorist, where she is wanted across multiple continents and earning herself the codename 'The Baroness's due to her background. Duke #3 The Baroness was the only known prisoner being held in the Pit, until she met Duke and Clutch after getting captured by Rock 'n Roll and Stalker, waiting to be transported. After hearing Duke shouting about how the system didn't trust him, the Baroness believed that they could come to an arrangement. Duke #2 Duke caught the Baroness off-guard in his cell as he revealed he knew about her due to some of his friends coming into contact with her in the past, believing her to be misguided. As the Pit came under siege from Major Bludd and multiple troops in an effort to get a device Duke had been given by Dr. Adele Burkhart, the Baroness convinced Duke to free her from her cell, so she could join in on the fight and look for an exit while Duke helped his friends. After hearing a bounty had been placed on Duke's head by Bludd, the Baroness shot Bludd from behind and held Duke at gunpoint, attempting to acquire the bounty herself. Duke #3 Duke managed to convince the Baroness to lay down her gun as she would get caught in the middle of Bludd and his men going scorched Earth. The Baroness was later held at knifepoint by Stalker until Duke assured him she was an ally. The Baroness and the group made their way to a dumping ground full of decommissioned vehicles that Clutch modified to make a last stand against Bludd's men. An enraged Bludd ordered his men to leave the Baroness to him, wanting payback for her shooting out his left eye. The Baroness fled the scene after hijacking a copter from one of the troops, expressing a desire to never see them again. Duke #4

Believing her skills would make her a valuable asset to a team he was putting together, Duke made a request to Colonel Hawk to recruit the Baroness, but the Colonel believed it was not a good idea due to her past. Duke assured him that those reasons were why she should be recruited for his team, before she was recruited by someone else. The Baroness was later caught off-guard in the open while on the run by two masked people wearing armor. The Baroness fought back until Duke arrived on the scene and was offered a proposal by Duke before they fled. Duke told the Baroness about the team he was putting together, wanting someone like her to question his authority while keeping the team honest and ready for anything. She was given the choice of joining his team or remaining on the run and getting locked up. The Baroness made her answer clear as she suited up in a new uniform with a star on the chest and said, "Yo Joe." G.I. Joe Energon Universe 2024 Special story

After nearly dying during a training simulation, the Baroness believed that the team wouldn't fare any better in an actual battle, something Duke agreed with as the enemy had more advanced technology. The Baroness and the team were assigned to watch over a shard of Cybertronian technology that was being studied at a secure lab in Colorado. The Baroness expressed great displeasure as she felt it was a waste of her talents and saw it more as babysitting, which led to more conflict with Stalker as he told her she could leave, not liking the idea of being on the same team as a war criminal. The two made threats towards each other in Russian and Stalker's threat left her shook. The lab was later invaded by Cobra with Mercer leading a team to recover the shard. The Baroness and Rock 'n Roll were ordered by Duke to lay down cover fire for Clutch and Cover Girl as they got the asset out of the lab. Not knowing who was attacking them, the Baroness made her stand until she retreated behind a desk when the enemy started to use Energon-empowered rifles. G.I. Joe #1 Before he could be sent to Valhalla along with the other wounded soldiers by Cobra Commander's Valkyries, a wounded Stalker was saved by the Baroness, remarking that she knew she would end up getting killed after she joined the Joes. The Baroness, along with the rest of the team sans the departed Rock 'n Roll and Clutch being missing, got treated from their injuries in the Pit after Cobra Commander caused the Energon-empowered rifles to blow up and brought the lab down on top of them as Cobra got away with the shard. The Baroness tried to reason with a hotheaded Duke wanting to attack M.A.R.S. Industries, as she believed being revenge-driven would only cause him to fail and they should heal from their wounds. The Baroness became acquainted with Hawk's newest recruit, Risk, who had a similar upbringing as the Baroness. After Duke punched Risk for getting Rock 'n Roll's name wrong, the Baroness and Hawk tried to restrain him, but it didn't work as Duke broke free and jumped back at Risk. G.I. Joe #2

Watching the brawl with Hawk, the Baroness asked why the latter was allowing this to continue. She was dubious of his answer that this was a form of team-building. During a subsequent briefing, the Baroness was surprised to learn that Destro had apparently joined forces with Cobra, and further confused by references to one Dr. Archibald Monev. Accompanying Duke and Risk to prevent Cobra from seizing this asset, she urged Duke to quickly withdraw, recognizing the implications of the involvement of the Crimson Guardsmen. This led to Risk accusing her of jinxing them when they came under attack by the evil twin brothers, leaders of the Crimson Guard. G.I. Joe #3 During their retreat, the Baroness ruefully agreed with Dr. Monev's assessment of Duke's sanity. This opinion was likely further reinforced when Duke, recognizing that the fight was endangering civilians, surrendered, leading to the team being captured. G.I. Joe #4

The Baroness's dubious estimate of Duke's sanity continued to erode as he defied Mercer to his face, leading to him receiving a beating once they were brought before Destro. However, she was no less defiant when Destro threatened to have her tortured instead, daring him to try. After Clutch went loud and rescued the team, the Baroness was further outraged to learn that Duke had had no idea that he was present when he called on him. Fighting their way to a helicopter, and the only member of the group not to take serious injuries in the process, the Baroness piloted the craft away from Cobra's headquarters, realizing only after they were in the air that Duke had -- again -- done something insane and remained behind. G.I. Joe #5 Clutch urged her to turn the helicopter around and go back for Duke, pointing out that he would do the same for her, which she claimed to prove that he was a fool. Clutch accused her of being a quitter, which prompted her to indeed return and rescue Duke. G.I. Joe #6

A day later, the Baroness engaged in a paintball training session with Risk and Cover Girl, eliminating the latter but being herself eliminated by the former; Duke commented that she was sloppy, while she was disgusted at what she considered a game. A short while afterwards, she confronted Duke about the way that Clutch was able to come and go as he pleased, and asked for forty-eight hours of leave. He reluctantly agreed, and she soon found herself boarding a private jet owned by her family, only to discover that Cover Girl was being sent as her minder. Annoyed, the Baroness patronizingly congratulated Cover Girl on getting to ride in a private jet, only for Courtney to point out that she had ridden many such aircraft during her career as a model. The Baroness attempted to escape from Cover Girl's oversight when they arrived in Paris, but her fellow operator had anticipated this and put a tracker in one of the Baroness's shoes, soon catching up with her. Cover Girl indicated that she didn't particularly care if the Baroness did go on the run, since everyone on the team was expecting her to do so. The Baroness explained that she just wanted some privacy while she watched her parents enjoying a nice day out; she didn't want to approach them and ruin their moment with the questions that her reappearance would cause. Courtney empathized with her a bit, and Anastasia asked her to call her by her file name. Before things could get too pleasant, the two of them found themselves attacked by eagles sent by Raptor, himself sent by Major Bludd. G.I. Joe #8

The Baroness naturally (but quite politely) declined to go with Raptor, and attempted to flee with Cover Girl when he pressed the issue. However, Raptor and his angry birds were able to capture Courtney, and the Baroness paused to demand the backstory of their assailant, claiming to have never heard of him despite being familiar with everyone in the mercenary business. He gave an account of his life to this point, becoming distracted enough that Cover Girl was able to get free; the Baroness told her to rescue her parents while she herself dealt with Raptor. However, Raptor then revealed that his involvement in all this was a distraction for her, to allow Major Bludd to approach without being noticed, which he did before shooting Cover Girl in the shoulder. (He claimed that his depth perception was off, having aimed for her head.) While the Major was himself distracted by the arrival of some Parisian police officers, the Baroness planned to try and escape, but Cover Girl pointed out that this whole situation was because of her presence. Accepting this argument for the time being, the Baroness attempted to fight Major Bludd but found herself captured along with Cover Girl. At the Major's safehouse, the Baroness voiced her frustrations over this situation to Cover Girl, pointing out that she had never wanted to engage in heroic or altruistic behavior. The Major interrupted the quarrel and told the two of them to fight to the death, threatening the Baroness's family in the process. Much to her shock, Cover Girl proceeded to stab the Baroness in the back. G.I. Joe #9

Having done so, Cover Girl refused to finish the Baroness off, telling Major Bludd to come down and do it himself. He again threatened the Baroness's family, and though she initially claimed not to care about their fate, his description of their deaths angered her enough to attack Cover Girl. As they fought, the Major proceeded to torture them in a terrible and grotesque manner -- by reading them his poetry. The horror of this experience proved enough to get the Baroness to apparently break Cover Girl's neck. However, this proved to be a bluff to get him down in the pit with them, and the Baroness sent Cover Girl up out of it to go rescue her parents while fighting Major Bludd up close and personal. G.I. Joe #10

The Baroness served as the go-between for the force of Cobra and their new Decepticon allies, and met with the Combaticons to obtain a copy of Megatron’s schematics. Using her ill-gotten wealth and a network of shell companies, the Baroness coerced the citizens of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges to abandon their land, and turned the town into a Cobra staging ground. However, by the time the Autobots arrived in southern France to investigate, the Baroness had sent her half-sister and body double Chameleon to meet with the Combaticons, allowing her to escape unscathed while Chameleon and Swindle took the fall. G.I. Joe and the Transformers

[edit]
"Does this thing really have an underwater fireplace?"
  • The Epic Conclusion! box set (2013)
    • Accessories: three rifles, chain leash
An exclusive release for San Diego Comic-Con 2013, this 3.75" scale Baroness figure is a retool of the 2009 "Cobra Set" Baroness with a new head. She is armed with not one but three different rifles, and accompanied by a (non-transforming) Ravage on a leash, in homage to the variant cover of Devil's Due's G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers issue 3 (despite the box set otherwise being themed around the Marvel miniseries). Baroness's stock photos depict her with a... waist cape thingy originally included with Resolute Baroness, but this was omitted from the final toy.
Baroness and Ravage come as part of a massive box set, which includes a retooled Sky Striker as Jetfire, a G.I. Joe VAMP redecoed into Hound, a new Snake-Eyes figure bearing an Autobot symbol, a Bludgeon figure, and an Autobot Blaster boombox accessory with cassette pieces representing Steeljaw, Ramhorn, and Eject.
The box set was announced via a USA Today article on June 5, 2013, along with Hasbro's other Comic-Con exclusives.

Collaborative

[edit]
Some people get fast cars for a midlife crisis, she gets a tank.
  • Megatron H.I.S.S. Tank and Baroness (2022)
    • Accessories: Rifle, backpack, battle stand
Part of the tenth release in the Transformers Collaborative line, this 3.75" Baroness figure comes in a set with a properly scaled "Megatron H.I.S.S. Tank" – yes, after many false starts, those madlads at Hasbro have finally produced a G.I. Joe Transformer.
Baroness herself is a newly recreated replica of her original 1984 toy, part of the concurrent G.I. Joe Retro Collection and its "O-Ring" subline. She comes packaged on her own Retro Collection card inside the main Collaborative box to the glee of Joe collectors. She comes with faithful recreations of her original rifle and backpack along with a new battle stand, and can ride inside Megatron's H.I.S.S. cockpit in vehicle mode or man his turret in both modes.
The waist and legs of this figure were used to make Solila.

  • Baroness and Ravage (2006 2007 2008 unreleased)
Initially announced at UK Toy Fair in 2006<ref>"First4Figures Beast Wars and Transformers VS. G.I. Joe Statues/Busts" at TFW2005.com</ref> with a second showing at New York Toy Fair the following month,<ref>"Toy Fair 2006 - First4Figures TF & GI Joe Statues& Busts" at tformers.com</ref> the "Baroness and Ravage" statue was intended to be one of the first releases in First 4 Figures's G.I. Joe vs. the Transformers comic tie-in subline. The statue, depicting the Baroness with Ravage on a chain leash, was inspired by the Convention Edition cover of issue 3 of the comic, as originally drawn by Mike Norton. At one stage, the set was to be limited to 1,500 pieces.<ref>Baroness and Ravage listing on Play.com (archived)</ref>
The "Baroness and Ravage" set faced a three-year period of progressive delays; even as the other First 4 Figure Transformers statues were quietly cancelled due to a challenging marketplace and lack of retailer interest, the "Baroness and Ravage" set was still a possible release as late as mid 2008.<ref>"First4Figures Ravage & Baroness Statue Still Possible, Other F4F Transformers Items Cancelled" at TFW2005.com</ref> It was eventually confirmed cancelled in early 2009<ref>"First-4-Figures Baroness & Ravage Statue Canceled" at theterrordrome.com (archived)</ref>—which is sad, since it's awesome.

Enamel Pin Series

[edit]
  • Rarity: 1 in 20
Released by Kidrobot in their Enamel Pin Series, this is a flat, enamel pin badge of Baroness inspired by the art of Tom Scioli's Transformers vs. G.I. Joe, albeit with cutesy proportions... and despite the fact that the Baroness only appears in the comic's zeroth issue. The pin series was blindboxed, with some pins being rarer than others.

  • Rarity: 1 in 40
And speaking of which, a twice-as-rare pin was available, depicting the Baroness in her new Serpentress identity first seen in "I Saw Three Ships".

Vinyl Mini Series

[edit]

The Scioli design was also used for the Vinyl Mini Series, with her receiving a three-inch tall, blindboxed figurine retaining the vibrant colours and exaggerated proportions. Baroness featured articulation in each shoulder, and her visor was rendered with translucent plastic layered over her face's paint applications.

One of the chase figures of the series, this is a similar mold depicting the Baroness as Serpentress, complete with a massive cape and a snake-headed staff accessory.

Vinyl Keychain Series

[edit]
  • Rarity: 2 in 24
Baroness was also released as part of the once again blindboxed Vinyl Keychain Series, now standing at about one to two inches. She included a keychain molded into her head and, due to her small scale, did not feature any articulation. Her visor is now a detail painted directly onto her face.
