Laser

A laser is a ranged weapon used by some Transformers. While lasers come in a wide variety of designs of all shapes and sizes that can produce varying effects (see below) there are also rank-and-file Autobots and Decepticons whose lot in life is to go into battle equipped with nothing but an ordinary, simple laser.

Notes

• In real life, a laser produces a tightly focused beam of light. Transformers seem to use the word "laser" as a synonym for "high-tech gun".
