ToysЯUs, spelled with a reversed "Я" in the official company logo (previously Toys"Я"Us), is one of the world's biggest toy retailer chains, based in the United States but with branches in many other countries.

Over the years, they have carried a lot of exclusive Transformers toys, in addition to the regular mass retail releases. Many of those exclusives have not only been carried by US retailers, but also by international ToysЯUs branches.

Japan also has its own ToysЯUs branch, which has its own exclusive toys from Takara, independent of the toys Hasbro provides Western ToysЯUs stores with.

Side Swipe was only available at ToysЯUs stores in Canada and Australia. He was planned to be released together with Skids in the USA, but was never shipped to stores. Eventually, he was made available as a KB Toys exclusive instead.

Series IX

Energon

Although the larger packaging for these three six-packs was new, the toys themselves were unchanged from their Armada releases. Desipte the name on the packaging, the "Road Wrecker Team" actually used the toys' original Destruction Team colors. The Road Wrecker/Night Attack Team and Race/Space Team packs were also available at Wal*Mart stores.
These were the smaller molds for both characters that were available as mass retail releases in Japan.

This two-pack was available as a Wal-Mart exclusive in the United States.
This toy was available as a KB Toys exclusive in the United States.
This toy was available as a Target exclusive in the United States.

Micron Densetsu/Armada

Cheetor, Predacon and Powerlinx Jetfire were only available at the ToysЯUs Japan website, not in stores.
This was the larger Energon Megatron/Galvatron mold otherwise only available in the USA.

Cybertron/Galaxy Force

Beast Wars Returns

The entire Beast Wars Returns toyline was exclusively available from ToysЯUs Japan stores.
