Transformers are typically known for harder materials like metal or plastic. Sometimes though the franchise will take wanders into softer materials with plush toys.

Marvel The Transformers comics

Daisy was a teddy bear that belonged to Robin Lindley. The plush toy was a constant companion to Robin as she was caught in the middle of an Autobot/Decepticon battle and had an adventure in space,Child's Play with Daisy even getting dressed up in a space suit.Spacehikers! Later Sky Lynx took Daisy and the children to the Cosmic Carnival, where due to a lack of funds, they were forced to become part of the circus to pay off their debt. When Robin and Daisy were later rescued by Optimus Prime and Goldbug The Cosmic Carnival and returned to Earth. Monstercon from Mars!

At a country fair, Burn-Out used a bit more firepower then needed to win a teddy bear playing a game of Reck the Robot. Ca$h and Car-nage!

Victory

When Dinoforce attacked the Ocean Expedition, a young girl named Emily took shelter in a damaged building. Distracted by a teddy bear she found, she was almost crushed by a slab of concrete falling from the ceiling, but was saved by Illumina. The teddy bear wasn't as lucky and was presumably burred in the rubble Move Out! Rescue Team

During a battle Starscream threw Space Case into a stall at a carnival, causing a teddy bear, a stuffed dinosaur, and a familiar looking plush robot to go flying through the air. Transformers: Starscream

Dark of the Moon film

Carly gave a large bunny plush to Sam as a good luck charm, though Sam pointed out it's only the foot that's actually lucky. Later when they had a fight about Sam helping the Autobots, Carly tore the leg of the plush and gave it to him, leaving the rest of the plush in her car.

The lucky bunny's involvement in the preceding events, or events mostly similar, were also chronicled in the comic mini-series "Transformers: Dark of the Moon Movie Adaptation."

Ego had a plush lizard among his collection of exotic and dangerous items. When Bulletbike saw it, the plush squeaked "Hi!" to him. Later after he killed Ego, Bulletbike decided not to take the lizard as it was monumentally unimportant. I, Lowtech The plush lizard later appeared on Around Cybertron as a hologram. Sari had a large white teddy bear bear in her room at Sumdac Tower Sound and Fury Survival of the Fittest When she moved into the Autobot Earth Base she still had it, along with a smaller brown teddy bear. She hid under the white bear (and a blanket) when Mixmaster and Scrapper came into her room searching oil. Pasteur was CeCe Greene's plush frog and favorite toy. When Cody visited Doc Greene's lab, he helped find it for her, much to her joy. Titan Prime comic

Breakdown and Knock Out took over a TV studio in an attempt to set up a trap for the Autobots, luring in Optimus and Bulkhead. As the Autobots entered, a huge teddy bear fell on Bulkhead. Thinking it was an attack him obliterated the toy. Looking at the shredded remains, he sheepishly admitted it wasn't his finest hour, which Optimus agreed with. Rescue Bots Academy

During a flood in Griffin Rock, Hot Shot attempted to rescue a little girl named Sarah who refuses to leave without Buttons, her stuffed bunny. The other recruits quickly bring the bunny and help get Sarah and Buttons to safety. Go Team, Go!

When Hoist is assigned to be mentored by Grimlock, Whirl attempt to reassure her teammate the Dinobot is a "big ol' teddy bear". Mission Dinobot

While at Mechapark, Hot Shot, Wedge, and Hoist played various carnival games, each of them winning a large plush animal prize. Afterwards Hoist took his rabbit, Hopster Saint Hoppington, on the big wheel ride while Wedge took his purple penguin on the Sky Drop. Trying to bond with his new sibling, Thrash offered to show Nightshade how to juggle using the pillow. When Swindle went to meet Fairmaestro, he passed a carnival booth filled with plush turtles. The next night while attending the carnival, Twitch failed to win one at the presumed rigged Balloon Darts booth. Later Izzy won one of the stuffed turtles, which Robbie said was a badge of honor to carry around. The turtle helped them escape when the Cosmic Thunder ride began to take off, letting them slide down a string of lights.
