The Transformers: Dark of the Moon toyline coincides with the third film in Michael Bay's live-action film series. The line is divided into three brandings: the MechTech line for Deluxe, Voyager, Leader, Ultimate and Human Alliance class size toys; the Cyberverse subline featuring Legends Class characters, Commander Class (new price point, effectively replacing Scouts) and play sets; and Robo Power, a catch all line for various merchandise including role play.

The figures also come in 3 transformation difficulty levels, changed from the original 5 in the Generations and 2010 Transformers toylines.

The European packaging does still call him "Stealth Bumblebee", however, and a running change later added the prefix for the American packaging.
