These are the officially announced toys for the 2009 live-action film Revenge of the Fallen.
The toyline was preceded by the Movie toyline and led directly into the 2010 Transformers toyline.
Among fans, many entries in the RotF toyline are notorious for their level of complexity - at times, baffling even the most hardcore fans of elaborate transformation schemes. The complexity would be toned down for follow-up toylines in subsequent years.
In late 2009/early 2010, the toyline was released under the subline imprint N.E.S.T. Global Alliance, which was centered on the NEST organization from the film. This promotion, however, did not exist in Europe.

[edit]"Human Alliance" toys are slightly larger and more complex than a typical Voyager class. They are more movie-accurate than their Deluxe counterparts and feature open driver's compartments to seat the included human figures, as well as additional human-operated "battle stations" in robot mode.

This two-pack has been confirmed to have been released as a Toys"R"Us exclusive in the United Kingdom and Germany, and as a Target exclusive in Australia. The toys are unchanged from their single releases.
This two-pack has been confirmed to have been released in Hong Kong, the Philippines and Australia. Despite misconceptions based on early solicitations, it appears these figures were never intended to be released individually.
This two-pack has been confirmed to have been released in Malaysia and was apparently also sold in Indonesia and India. The toys are unchanged from the Revenge of the Fallen Voyager Class Optimus Prime and Movie Deluxe Class Premium Series Bumblebee single releases.
