  • In the UK releases, the opening credits are omitted, replaced by a text crawl to recap the backstory for the movie.
  • While Walker Edmiston was credited as Inferno and Don Messick was credited as Gears, neither appeared in the final film.
  • Though not credited in the film's credits, Masumi Kaneda was a supervisor for the film.
  • Some individuals names in the credits were misspelled or had typos in them:
