A resident of the Legends World, Marcelo Matere was saved from a Zamojin invasion by Brazilian Transformers toys that revealed themselves to be real Transformers. Legends World in Imminent Danger! Part Two When his world was destroyed, Matere was evacuated to Cybertron of the G1 World. The Road to Legends' Revival Chapter 2

Notes

[edit]
  • Matere first got involved with the Transformers brand when Dreamwave couldn't keep up with Hasbro's needs for art assets, leading Aaron Archer to look online for suitable contractors.[4] The first piece of packaging artwork he did for Hasbro was Armada Swindle.
  • Matere was originally contracted to do 8 pages for Megatron Origin #4, which were drawn and submitted to IDW. However, apparently Alex Milne was also contracted to do those pages, and his versions were used instead.

We needed more people and he was very capable to kinda... do that style, and also is an industrial designer, which worked out even sweeter for us."—Aaron Archer, The Toy Armada, 2023/01/28
